Woodland Management
The biodiversity and conservation value of the woodland will be maintained and enhanced by ensuring the continuation of the process of natural regeneration to an uneven-aged wood of predominantly native, trees species, shrub and floral communities.
Intervention will be minimal with occasional thinning works undertaken by WO and VW.
Public access
Maintain a system of footpaths that allows people to enjoy in a quiet, informal and safe way the woodland and the surrounding landscape. This will be achieved by maintaining the footpath network in accordance with the Woodland Trust Estate Management Specifications. There are no plans to extend the footpaths within the woodland area.
